Lake Wylie Waterfront Homes

Lake Wylie is the oldest lake of 11 on the Catawba River located just south of Charlotte NC in Mecklenburg County. Lake Wylie sits on the border between both North Carolina and South Carolina. Lake Wylie is a man-made lake with 21 square miles of surface area and over 325 miles of shoreline.

The Lake Wylie is a recreational destination for residents of nearby cities including Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill. Duke Power manages six public boat access areas on the lake.
